If you are not satisified with an item received you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the product, you can exchange your item for period of upto 28 days from receipt of the order. 

FYI: Please package your item as securely as is was sent (hats should not be squashed/creased, tags should still be appended, items should not have been worn, etc).

We are not responsible for returned packages until they have actually been received, therefore we strongly advise all customers to send their packags via a recorded delivery service(tracable) or similar so that packages can be tracked and covered in case of loss or damage.

Note: Some products are non-refundable, for example discounted or sale items.
